Since 1992, the Lockeroom Sports Bar & Grill has been Barrie’s pick of sports bars. Located at 201 Cundles Road on the east side of Barrie, the Lockeroom Sports Bar & Grill is a place where people will find good food along with plenty of TV’s featuring different sporting events. According to many, this is the perfect sports bar and grill, with especially good wings and plenty of free peanuts and popcorn to go well with the cold beers.
It has become the gathering place after games, and with plenty of pub-like dishes and 18 draft beer options, the Lockeroom Sports Bar is the place to go. It is open from 11 AM up to 1 AM every day, with no exceptions.
After reviewing the many reviews on Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google, and Facebook, I was able to make a list of the pros and cons the Lockeroom customers have noted on reviews sites like Yelp and TripAdvisor:

In business since 1992, this place has been the regular go-to place for having fun and sharing food with friends. In the last 27 years since the Lockeroom opened in Barrie, this place has attracted quite a devoted fan base, with plenty of regulars. The owners pride themselves on running a sports bar where the loyal sports fans get to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, being served by a friendly, professional staff, all because the owners are sports fans and know exactly what to deliver.
The strip-plaza location allows for a very large parking lot free, and the bar is wheelchair accessible. As I mentioned, 27 television screens are strategically placed so anyone can observe the sporting events on display.
The lunch and dinner menus offer good selections at very reasonable and affordable prices, and there are daily specials on food and beers at amazingly discounted prices. The menu provides shrimp dishes, calamari, several nacho options, custom-made sandwiches, and a lot more, as well as their famous chicken wings that come in many different classic sauces, BBQ-based and custom sauces.
The Lockeroom Sports Bar & Grill is not the friendliest place to bring your kids, which does not mean that you can’t, especially if you come as a large group of devout sports fans and are out to celebrate your favourite team’s victory. The atmosphere is cosy, loud and overall heaven for the sports enthusiast.
